Who is entitled to the assets?

A family of 3 brothers and 1 sister whose parents passed away long time ago. The youngest son and the middle son and the sister passed away . They were all married and had children of their own. The eldest brother who was married but had no children . After his demise (eldest brother) left behind a wife. Who is entitled to his assets and how much .
