My brother died in 1987, My mother died in 1989 , Do I have a share in my brothers property?

Question

My brother has a wife, 4 sons, 3 daughters. One of the daughters of my late brother's famiy has also passed way in 1991.

Answer

You do not have a share in your brother's Estate.
