We agree with you that the Qur'aan-e-Kareem is a guide for all mankind, Muslims as well as non-Muslims. The message of Islam should be preached to all.
That was also the Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam). To the best of our knowledge, the efforts of the Tablighi Jamaat is not confined to Muslims. There are innumerable Muslim reverts who were influenced into Islam through the efforts of the Tablighi Jamaat.
