how to become a Hafiz?I cannot go to a school or institution for this. can you point me to some basic steps or guidelines to follow in becoming a hafiz.

AOA, i want to hifz Quran Sharif. I cannot go to a school or institution for this. can you point me to some basic steps or guidelines to follow in becoming a hafiz. AH

Your wish is highly commendable.

You should go ahead and commence with the Hifz of the Qur'aan. It is advisable to do the Hifz under the supervision of any Haafiz or Aalim or your local Imaam.
