Question

is it permissible to use the interest earned from a govt.bank to pay the income tax levied by this kuffar govt?

Answer

In principle, interest received from one avenue may be offset with the interest from the same venue. Therefore, interest received from a government bank may be used to pay government levied taxes, for example, income tax.
