I want to understand the verse in Quran that says "Al tayboun lel taybat" and the other verse that said that a man engaged in audltry will not marry except a woman engaged in adultry.
Answer
It is permissable for a person (male or female) who committed adultery to marry a chaste person. The Nikah will be perfectly valid. This is an unanimously accepted ruling.
The verses in reference is in the context of condemning perpetrators of evil beliefs and practices and merely outlines the inclination of such people to people of their ideology and belief.
