If the son passes away before the father, will the son's family inherit from the father's estate?
Question
In the case where a son dıes before hıs father, what happens to the son's ınherıtance from hıs father's estate? Also, the son had left no wıll and had nothıng to leave of hıs own for hıs famıly (wıfe and son).
Answer
If the son passed away before the father, the son's family in this case will not receive any share from the son's father's estate.
And Allah Ta'ala knows best.
