Person in debt making a second nikaah
Question
A person is in debts. Financially, he isn't in a good condition. He got a wife and children that he is responsible for. He makes a second nikah. What will be the state of such a nikaah?
Answer
The nikaah is valid, but it is compulsory on him to be equal to both families in time, wealth and attention.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
