Virtue of reciting Surah Dukhaan at night
Question
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radhiyallahu anhu) narrated that Allah's Messenger (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, "If anyone recites (the surah) Haa Meem ad-Dukhan in the night, then he will wake up in the morning with seventy thousand angels seeking forgiveness for Him." (Mishkat 2149)
Now is this virtue for every night or specific to Friday night that is from Thursday Maghrib to the starting time of Fajar of Jumu'ah?
Answer
This virtue mentioned in the hadith is general and applies to any night.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
