Court se khula lena
Question
Meri wife court se mujhse khula li thi. Magar ek baar bhi court nai gaya or na hi kisi paper par signature kiye magar judge ne faila suna kr khula de di usko jisme meri koi razamandi nai thi ab woh dobara mere sath rehna chahti hai ab aap koi Quran or hadees ki nigrani me humko rasta dikhaye.
Answer
Jab aap ne kula ko qabool nahi kiya aur na aap ne sign kiya, to kula saheeh nahi huwa. Wo abhi tak aap ki biwi he aur wo aap ke nikaah me he. Lihaza wo aap ke saat rehsakti he.
