Performing nafl salaah before the fardh of Fajr

Question

After the Fajr Azaan one is only allowed to perform the 2 Sunnats. If we performed our 2 Sunnats of Fajr after the Azaan at home then when we enter the Masjid:

1. Can we perform 2 Rakaats Tahiyyatul Masjid or will it fall away?

2. Can we perform other Nafl Salaah during this time before the Fardh Salaah commences?
