Looking at the screen and reciting Qur'an without wudhu
Question
Are you allowed to read Qur'an off by heart or by looking on a computer screen if you have urine on you for e.g. your doing istibra by putting tissue on your private organ to make sure all the drops come out?
Answer
Yes. However if you are reciting on the screen, then do not touch the place where the words of the Qur'an appear.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
