Question

Is there anything I can recite before going to bed that will stop me from having wet dreams, a dua or a qur'an ayat or an action?

Answer

Make duaa to Allah Ta'ala before you sleep that Allah Ta'ala cures you of this.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
