Question

When someone has been taken over [possessed] by a Jinn, who gets punished when any wrong actions [sins] are committed by the Jinn in their body, i.e. the person or the Jinn possessing them?

Answer

If a person is possessed and does not have any control over his actions, then he will not be held accountable. However, the Jinn will be held accountable.
