Question

If one misses the 2 Sunnah of Fajr, 4 Rakaats of Zuhr due to joining the Jamaat Salaah, can one make these Sunnah Salaah later?

Answer

Yes, one may perform the mentioned Sunan later.

As for the Sunan of Fajr Salaah, one may perform them between after sunrise (ishraaq) but before Zawaal. One cannot perform the said Sunan after the Fardh of Fajr before sunrise. (Al-Muheetul Burhaani 1/388, Maj’ma-ul Anhur 1/211)

As for the four pre-Sunan of Zuhr Salaah, one may perform them after the Fardh Salaah in the time of Zuhr Salaah. (Tabyeen-ul-Haqq’iq 1/183)
