Janazah for an amputated limb?

Question

Q. My friend is a sugar diabetic they going to amputate is leg-what is the ruling pertaining the leg –do we perform salaat tul jannaza

Answer

There is no Janazah Salaah prescribed for an amputaded part of the body. Janazah is only prescribed for deceased Muslims.

The body part should be respectfully buried.
