Can I have a small Nikah (due to financial constraints)?

Answer

Having a small Nikah with the least financial expenses is encouraged in the Hadith. Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) advised that the Nikah with the least financial expense holds the most Barakah (divine blessings). (Musnad Ahmed, Hadith #: 24529)
