Which salah (apart from farz salah) have qadha? can qadha be performed on salatul witr ?
Question
1. There is a hadith which says that completing sunnatul moqida everyday (2 fajr, 4,2 zohr, 2 maghrib, 2 isha) will be rewarded by a palace built in Jannah. I regret for not being able to do it all the time. Is there any other way I can recompensate it ?
2. Which salah(apart from farz salah) have qadha? can qadha be performed on salatul witr ?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The hadith you have referred to is as follows:
Rasulullah Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam said who so ever reads twelve rakats Allah Taala will build a house for him in Jannah. (Nasai-1802)
The implication of sunnah-e-muaqadah is that if one leaves it out, he will be sinful. [1]However, if a person leaves out his sunnah muaqadah prayers, it is not necessary for one to repeat them. Make tawbah and ask Allah for forgiveness. [2]
Apart from the faraz salahs, it is also necessary for one to make up witr salahs as well.[3]

عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ صَلَّى اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ
لكن سنة مؤكدة آكد من سائر السنن المؤقتة كما في البدائع لظهور أثر السنن فيه حيث (ج2 ص37 سعيد) [1]
[2] قيد في البحر في باب قضاء الفوائت وجوب الإعادة في أداء الصلاة مع كراهة التحريم بما قبل خروج الوقت، أما بعده فتستحب، وسيأتي الكلام فيه هناك إن شاء الله تعالى مع بيان الاختلاف في وجوب الإعادة وعدمه، وترجيح القول بالوجوب في الوقت وبعده (الرد المحتار ج1 ص457 سعيد)
وقوله إسقاط الواجب يفيد أن السنة لا توصف بالقضاء وإذا أريد ما هو أعم أبدلنا الواجب بالعبادة فيقال الأداء فعل العبادة في وقتها والإعادة فعل مثلها لخلل غير الفساد وغير عدم صحة الشروع والقضاء فعلها بعد وقتها فتكون السنة التي تفعل في وقتها إداء وما أذن الشارع في فعله منها في غير وقته قضاء كسنة الفجر وأما سنة الظهر القبلية إذا صليت بعد فإطلاق القضاء عليها مجاز) حاشية الطحطاوى على مراقى الفلاح ج1 ص440 علمية)
الأصل في السنة أن لا تقضى لاختصاص القضاء بالواجب والحديث ورد في قضائها تبعا للفرض فبقي ما رواه على الأصل وإنما تقضى تبعا له وهو يصلي بالجماعة أو وحده إلى وقت الزوال وفيما بعده اختلاف المشايخ رحمهم الله تعالى وأما سائر السنن سواها فلا تقضى بعد الوقت وحدها (الهداية ج1 ص160 رحمانية)
[3] و قضاء الفرض و الواجب و السنة فرض و واجب وسنة لف و نشر مرتب و جميع أوقات العمر وقت للقضاء (الدر المختار ج2 ص66 سعيد)
