Q. Slmz what is the ruling of shaving a babies girls when is she born

Answer
It is recommended to remove the hair of newborn males and females on the seventh day since childbirth. The hair should be weighed and silver equivalent to the weight of the hair should be given in charity or the value of silver. (al-Mausu’atul Fiqhiyyah al-Kuwaitiyyah).
