Can I sell items that may be used for haraam?

“1. Smoking cigarettes is Makrooh-e-Tahreemi. The same ruling that applies to smoking will be applicable to selling cigarettes, as the Fuqaha have stated that whatever is impermissible to consume, is also impermissible to sell.”

“Islam forbids the sale of alcohol. Similarly, Islam also forbids the advertising of alcohol. By printing labels and selling boxes printed specifically for the alcohol items you are assisting the alcohol company in its advertising process. In Shari‘ah, assisting in a sin is also sinful.”
