What the Darul Iftas say
“One should avoid blowing on food and drinks. It is against the etiquette of eating and drinking to do. It would be better and closer to proper manners, to wait for one’s food or drink to cool down before eating/drinking.”
“May Allāh Ta’āla grant you complete shifa from your condition and grant you a healthy life. It would be best for you to consult a physician and undergo medical treatment for premature ejaculation. You may drink Zam Zam water with the intention of getting cured.”
“Ruqyah is when a person reads a Quran Ayat or a Masnoon Dua and then blow it with a little bit of saliva on the afflicted person with the intention of Shifa (cure).Ruqya may also refer to Ta’weez (to write the Ayat or Dua and hang it around the affected person’s neck), especially for a person who cannot read Arabic.”
“Seeking cure through the verses of the Quraan Majeed is permissible on condition that nothing impermissible is joined to it. Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, "Hold on to the two means of cure, Honey and the Quraan" (i.e. in regard to seeking shifa and remedy for spiritual and physical ailments).”
