Which sunnah salaah are emphasised (muakkadah)?

“Sunnah Salaah should not be unduly missed during a journey. However, if the Musaafir is in a hurry then, apart from the Sunnah of Fajr, it will be permissible for him to omit the other Sunnah Salaahs.”

“The Fuqaha have stated that it will be permissible to perform a Nafl Salaah with multiple intentions (such as making intention for Salaatut Taubah, Salaatush Shukr, Salaatul Haajat, etc. in one Salaah). “If it is difficult for you to perform your nawaafil and sunnats standing, then you may sit on the floor and perform these salaah with making the sajdah on the floor. However, if this is also difficult for you , then you may perform your nawaafil and sunnats while sitting on the chair.”

“It is permissible to perform all the Sunnahs (Sunnah-Muakkadah – Sunnah Ghair-Muakkadah) and all Nafl Salaahs whilst sitting down (on the ground or on the chair) even if one has the ability to stand and perform the Sunnah and Nafl Salaahs.”
